I'm AJ. You probably know me from my previous incarnation as the Toychest Snarker, or better as one of the founders and moderators of the American Girl Collectors Message Board, which I started with my friend Neth of American Girl Outsider. Life as a reviewer was fun, but it was time to move on.

So here I am! I am currently the owner of seven 18" dolls, and the title of the blog comes from the fact that one of them is green. No, I didn't dye her. No, she's not evil. She's just her. You'll get to know her, and that whole motley crew up there, as time goes on.

I only have a few rules.

- Don't be a dick.
- Don't be -phobic. No racist, homophobic, transphobic, cissexist, ableist, sizeist, violent rhetoric or bigoted speech is allowed in here. Period.
- You are welcome to disagree with me. But I expect you to have reasons, not just "You're wrong, NYAH NYAH!" You don't come into my house and piss on my floor and expect me to thank you for it.
- Opinions about turning historical dolls modern need not be expressed. I have my reasons, which will eventually be outlined, for doing so and you telling me how wrong you think it is isn't going to change them.
- And, just to repeat: Don't be a dick.
